en I sold out and became an administrator for ITT Tech and the Art Institute colleges. I am now married and retired in Katy, Texas, just west of Houston. My wife Susan and I welcome any of you guys or gals to come visit and stay if you get to SE Texas.

Meatless meatballs?
We had 7 birds at one of our feeders while the other feeder had 5.
That's my son who is visiting from AZ. we had a super Thanksgiving weekend.
I had a 3 month old steak and decided to see if I could make it taste good. SOAKED IT IN A BAG WITH 3/4 appl juice, 1/4 italian salad dressing and some steak seasoning + some garlic, onions, and a little tabasco. Left it

The Inchelium ferry in NE Wash. Ferry is the only way to get to the Indian reservation but it is a very pretty ride and we had a terrific time.
