Tom's Story
Life
I was born in 1980 in Montgomery, Alabama. Quickly moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico where I lived until 1984. Dad then got transferred to Oslo, Norway, where my brother was born in 1985. Attended Oslo American School for kindergarten through 2nd. We left there in 1988 for Battle Creek, Michigan. Attended Lakeview Elementary until 1991. Moved to Austin, Texas and attended Porter Middle School ('91-'92) and then Bailey Middle School ('92-'94). il leaving, um, prematurely in 1996. Got my GED in '97 and spent the next couple years pretending to study physics and then English at Western Michigan University. Then took some time off to officially bum around. Back at WMU in 2001 studying Aviation Flight Science (philosophy minor), got my pilot's license in '03. Done with Western, taking a couple classes online through KCC to bump my GPA. Would like to finish through New School University (NY) with a degree in Liberal Studies.
