Tom's Story
Life
After HS, I started working but I quickly discovered that menial jobs suck. So I went to college to become an engineer but I didn't like the math so I went into journalism. That was boring so I ended up studying meteorology (and taking more math than I would have as an engineer!). I started out on the east coast, moved overseas and then back to Montana. I spent 3 years working in Montana for the US National Weather Service as a fire weather meteor...Expand for more
ologist - working on wildfires.
I currently work as a civilian contractor for the US Dept. of Defense and live in the Marshall Islands. It's sunny and sandy and 80+, year-round. Hard to complain about!
I am married with two beautiful children. High school and college were fun (albeit somewhat blurry) and, while I wouldn't change a thing, I wouldn't go back either. No regrets.
If you know me, email me. I love to hear from old friends.
