Tomara Saltzman:  

raduated four years later with a BA in Human Services. I worked my butt off in school attending to my studies, working part-time and interning during my last two years. WWU is where I meet the love of my love, Mike Saltzman, and we've been together since 2001. Workplace During college I interned at a Women's Shelter and then I ran an after-school program for kids. After graduating I moved to Everett, WA and spent two years as a supervisor at a group home for adolescent girls. And my parents tought I was bad...these girls were something else. When we moved to Texas I spent two years working for Children's Protective Services where I investigated families for child abuse. That was tough and too hard to do with a family, so after Ryland was born, I retired and now spend my days caring for him and my husband.
