Toni's Story
Life
Single, three children--Melissa, 46; Kathleen, 38; and David, 36. I have three grandchildren--granddaughters who are 17 and 16, and a grandson who is 13. I received a BA in Criminal Justice from UNLV, May, 2000; a J.D. from William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV December, 2003, and a Masters in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University in October, 2010. I am a family law attorney at Cohen Blass Law, P.A., in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
I moved from New York in 1978, roamed around the country for a few years, and settled in Las Vegas, Nevada in early 1982. I remained in Las Vegas for almost 22 years and moved to Florida in late 2003.

w life in Florida. I am single by choice. I work at a profession I love, and I am "of counsel" so I do not punch a time clock. I am heavily involved in my church (Center for Spiritual Living, Fort Lauderdale) and in my community. I have served as a director for Mental Health America of Southeast Florida (MHA) for six years and am currently Chair of the Board of Directors. In 2021 we merged with Florida Initiative for Suicide Prevention (FISP) and greatly expanded our footprint in the community.
I spend my free time with like-minded friends, attending recovery meetings and/or functions (I have been in a 12-step recovery program for over 21 years), live theater or stand up comedy shows. LIFE IS GOOD!
