Life
Hey WTHS class of 61, From Phoenix,AZ.
Left Waukegan in 65 for Army tour. Did 1 in Thailand and 1 in 'Nam - as an MP.
Got out on west coast n did short time w Sheriff dept.. too much politics.
Landed in Tri Cities WA. for 12 yrs. Co-Owned a radio-TV electronics sales/service store in Richland til 78. Real estate was a good investment so I got Real Estate license. Began selling and buying Real Estate, Businesses, Income properties, farms and land with McVicker Realty.
Had 4 good yrs in RE til interest rates were upped to 30% by all knowing gov't azzholes. poof to RE.
The Electronics store was suffering cuz the azzhole govt had decided to open trade with Japan - poof went margins in American branded stores like ours.
Moved to Phoenix, AZ. as the economy was strong there. Did RE in new unknown area.. also started me a new Computer Bay (12 yrs) computer assembly, sales and repair retail store on Camelback rd. Grew to 20 employees and big bucks .. til the all knowing govt azzholes decided to open our electronic trade to communist China. Remember IBM selling out to China? Now Lenova. Well - back to Real Estate sales with Coldwell Bankers.
Then I reverted back to RE ( '99) as I now knew the area. Was again cooking til the all knowing govt azzholes decided to give EVERYBODY a mortgage.. well guess what followed a few years...Expand for more
later? Yeah - all the unqualified forced bank loans start to default - from the top down financial chaos.
Now this same azzwhole govt wants to further their ignorance and our pain by becoming our life giving health care expurtz!
Have grown children and the azzhole govt has them on the streets looking to make a living!?
Have 8 Grandchildren. Stephanie is 34, Jason is 32, Tiffany is 21, Angela is 42. Angela is in Idaho, others here in Phoenix..
My wife Debby, of 27 yrs is working at the superior criminal court house as a judge's assistant. Seems their business is growing in this chaotic nOBAMA ECONOMY. We are landlords since the StkMrkt is a shambles. Have 7 homes, 6 are rentals. Lotz better cash flow vs. Market!
If I had the time I'd tell ya how I feel about this socialist racist azzhole buffoon of a president and the traitors he works alongside!
I am semi retired and buy homes primarily for our clan.
We have a beautiful full blooded 5 yr old German Shepherd and a 1 yr old Miniature Yorkshire Terrier to replace the kids.
My older brother, Stan and both parents have passed in the last 5 years. So it's me n my younger brother, Frank, left of our family of 5.
