Hi everyone. It's me, Tracey. Some of you may remember me as kind of a nerd ( I don't think I was a "nerd" - I just didn't have many friends). I wasn't in the "popular" crowd. I wasn't in the "preppie" crowd. I wasn't in the "nerd" or "geek" crowd. I was in the what I call the "regulars". Most of my friends had more friends that weren't necessarily MY friends. But that's okay because those friends that I met up with every morning in the "mall" at school, that I sat with at lunch every day are still my friends to this day. Sherri Whitten, Donna Harris, Annie McKenney, Henry Stallings, AC Franklin, Sazju Badger, and Becky Couturier. I still run into others from time to time. Since high school I have had 3 beautiful children, all girls. Ta'rynn is 16, Alanna is 12 and Whitney is 9. I also have a step-daughter, LaPorscha who is 14 and a step-son , Courtney who is 21 and I am now a Grandma to a beautiful little girl, Brionna who is 17 months old. Ta'rynn goes to her dad's every other weekend and has 2 other siblings there - a little brother and a little sister. Alanna and Whitney's Dad passed away 4 years ago from Congestive Heart Failure. He was only 39 years old. I miss him so much. Alanna was diagnosed with a rare type of Cancer called T-Cell Lymphoma just over 4 years ago (2 months before her dad passed away). She had surgery to remove the lesion on her leg and to remove 4 lymph nodes from her groin on February 23, 2004. She started treatment for her Cancer on March 8, 04 (the day before her 9th birthday). On July 21, 2004 she was pronounced in remission and has remained cancer free since then. She has been off treatment for 15 months now and is doing great! She still has to go for scans every 6 months and checkups and bloodwork every 3 months. I married my husband Derryle 2 yea...Expand for more
