Traci's Story
Life
Living in Seattle and really love it here. The Northwest is the place for me. Well, after 4 years with good old Arthur Andersen (business consulting), After working for Deloitte Consulting, I joined a smaller training consulting company, Intrepid Learning Solutions here in Seattle and am really happy. It's a start-up, scary word I know, but extremely well funded and growing like crazy. I have been back to Indiana a few times to visit friends and relatives.

School
I went to IU then IUPUI where I studied Organizational Communication then got my MA from Ball State in Organizational Development. I went to grad school because I finally found something to study that I loved and wanted to keep going. Thought for 1 second about a PhD but needed to join the workforce instead. Keep thinking about more education but I think I'm done for a while.
