Tracy's Story
Life
Life has been good to me. I have a great Husband and I have a wonderful baby boy born August 5TH 2002, which just happened to be his Daddy's Birthday too. Kira is my beautiful 23 yr old, we are best friends.
I have traveled to some incredible places, met many new people, My Husband is from just outside London so we go to England often. Which means I am lucky enough to take side trips to Portugal and France.
I have spent 2 New Years in Lisbon, Portugal, I love the people there, my Husband has many relatives, who are incredible. The food there I could leave but the sites are interesting.
I am looking forward to our 30 year reunion!
I miss all of my friend from High School! We sure had some good times.
I am still the crazy girl from High School. I still have all of my old yearbooks and love going through them. It is sad to see old friends die, I guess it shows that we are getting older.
Since I live in Las Vegas I get to see old friends often.
We are going to be back for Oregon Trail Days this year (2008) I am hoping to see some friends and do some serious goofing off.
I am also looking forward to going to eat some of the fantastic mexican food and to run through Scotties for a cin. coke.
Now that Alex is 5 he can see some of the places that were important to me.
I have rambled long enough now!

Hum, my biggest crush was on Kevin Griffith, who I ended up marrying. My most inspirational teacher was Mrs. Kortum. She was wonderful to...Expand for more
me. I will always miss her. I think if I had to do it over again, I would have paid more attention to studying, instead of goofing off. But I had fun and loved everybody I went to school with.
My craziest memories are of dragging main, I look back on some of those times and cannot believe I survived. I remember a fight one night in the parking lot of pant pit, you can ask Karla about that crazy night. Those involved will remember. I remember hanging out with Karla and Doug Lofing. I remember going out with Bernie Walker and crusing his Silver Anniversary Trans Am around town. I loved that car. We had a lot of fun at the Pep Rallys.
I moved to San Diego in 1984 and went to college. I helped train with the Police Department. I also was a councilor at a Suicide Hotline and was involved with a program called 12 on your side which was a part of San Diego State's June Burnette Institute. We helped at risk teens stay in school. I went through the Probation Academy but decided it was not what I wanted. It was interesting living in San Diego and the weather was beautiful.
Here I am now in Las Vegas which I do not really enjoy but my business is here and doing fantastic.
Growing up in Gering was a blast.
I would love to move back but time will tell.
We are planning on buying a home in England so we can spend more time with my Husbands family. Never know I might just be a part time Nebraskan once again.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Sally Damm, because She was a fantastic friend.
