Tracy's Story
Life
Well, where should I begin? I lived in Malad until just after my sophomore year, then my family moved to Logan where I finished my junior year. My mom then got remarried and we moved to Hurricane where I finished high school and graduated with honors. I then attended Southern Utah University for a year. I know I should have finished college, but I was having too much fun out on my own! I think I have made the most of myself though. I am the happiest I have ever been. I am currently living in Hurricane. I keep myself busy with my daughter Laine who is a little munchkin. She turned 5 in October 2007. Motherhood is the best thing that ever happened to me. She is quite the kid! She is a miniature version of me, so full of it! We are two big clowns! But we can also be two big brats! Some days she drives me nuts, but I wouldn't trade her for any other kid on the planet. I am an avid NASCAR fan! You will also see that I got married recently to the love of my life. We've been thru a lot together. Now it's time to get serious about married life. Troy recently adopted my LaineeBug. Our first anniversary was in July 2007. I am working full time as an insurance agent, hoping to expand my licensure to more than just personal lines!! I also recently became the Vice President of the Hurricane Valley Twisters. For thsoe of you who are not familiar with the Twisters, they are part of the Hurricane Valley chamber of Commerce and help welcome new businesses into the area with ribbon cuttings and grand openings and that kind of thing. I am really excited to become part of that little family. I've since divorce...Expand for more
d and moved to Logan to be closer to my mom. I love it here. Between family and working, I keep busy enough to stay out of trouble. I guess you could say that I have made the most of all life has dished me and I have made it thru with a positive outlook. To all of the friends I have made over the years, I haven't forgotten a single one of you! I still come across things that remind of someone and I get to reminiscing about days gone by. It's just amazing how much time has passed since I saw all of you last. If you ever come to the Loga area, look me up. I'm listed under Eric Sorensen Allstate. Hope to hear from you all!! Take care!
School
School was a breeze for me. I enjoyed school and I did well. College on the other hand...
College
College...I do remember going, but I think I had too much fun for it to do me any good.
Workplace
I have a number of different jobs since I graduated. I worked in the deli at Lins and I worked housekeeping and front desk at the Best
Western and Super 8 and just front desk at the Ramada Inn. I worked from 2 Herbalife Distributors for a year and half and became a distributor myself. I learned a lot of good things at this job, like how to manage time. I am now at Bringhurst Leavitt Insurance as a licensed agent. I love it and I can see myself doing this for a long time. Since moving to Logan, I'm now working at an Allstate agency and it was a HUGE upgrade for me. Look us up for all your insurance needs!! But honestly, I am happy in my career and love what I do. It makes a difference when you get up in the morning and don't dread going to work, you look forward to it.
