Life Jeff and I met at Sac State in a weightlifting class, and the rest is history .... We got married on April 15, 1983 ... yes I know ... Tax Day, but the added benefit is that Jeff never forgets our anniversary. AND, as my children often remind me - it was also the day the Titanic Sunk and Abraham Lincoln was assassinated! So as far as they are concerned something good had to come from that day!! ;o) I have two jobs, my day job is for the State of California and actually quite boring ... the night job is the fun one. Now that you are wondering, I'm a KJ (Karaoke Jockey) on Wednesday and Thursday Nights from 9 to close at Fanny Ann's Saloon in Old Sacramento (come down and see me sometime, I guarantee you'll have a great time!!) We have two "house" dogs, Dipper a small black lab and Cosmo a white german shepherd. We used to have a dog named Astro, a shepherd-lab-akita mix, but we lost her almost four years ago from an undetermined illness and earlier this year (2008) we lost her best friend Hale) he was a Shepherd-Chow mix. We miss both of them terribly, they were well loved dogs and were a huge part of our family. But of the dogs we still have, one is a guard dog and the others will lick you to death, but I'm still not telling you which is which, so any potential burglars out there "WATCH OUT."...Expand for more
