Tracy's Story

We're still living in Somerset, KY and enjoying life in small-town America. I retired at the end of 2010 and have adjusted beautifully. I'm doing some volunteer work with our local Hospice organization....office work not patient care, and continuing to do genealogy and scrapbooking, as well. We go back to Saginaw once or twice a year and always enjoy seeing family and friends. Love keeping in touch via email and on Facebook with so many old classmates, friends and former neighbors from the various places we've lived since leaving Saginaw in 1970. I love the Saginaw FB pages because those old photos ta...Expand for more
ke me right back to my youth. We all had such fun shopping downtown, swimming in Anderson Pool, skating at Hoyt Park and going to the movies. I'm thankful for my memories from Jerome, South and Arthur Hill days. . Our granddaughter, Katie, is 23 yrs old and our grandson, Kenneth, is 13 yrs old. I'm lucky to have them living nearby. Katie loves to travel back to Saginaw and Mooney's ice cream is always at the top of her list of things-to-do. Anyone wanting to say "hi" is welcome to send a message - I'm on-line daily. The computer has become my window on the world. Have a great day.

One more " "In Memory Of..." photo. This was my Mother's 65th Arthur Hill High School (Saginaw, Michigan) class reunion picture in 2004. She's in the front row in the black 'n white jacket. Her lifelong friend, Helen Hayden

My Mother at Hoyt Park in Saginaw, probably about 1939. If you grew up in Saginaw, you ice skated at that beautiful park.

In memory of my Grandmother, Inez Framer Conlay, on her birthday. She was born in 1896 and today would be #122. She lived with us most of my growing up years and she was like a second Mother to me. For my Saginaw friends, s

Did I mention that Katie got a Jeep for her birthday from her Dad? Well....not, exactly, a people-size Jeep but it was the thought that counts. :-)
Time to put "Nothing But Christmas" on your calendar of things to do in December. Always a wonderful performance and I promise that you'll love it. Join us at The Creek in London.
Merry Christmas and thanks to all of you for being my friend. You're my window on the world every day and I appreciate all of you. Enjoy this beautiful holiday season.

It's that time of year: Here I was, in second grade at Jerome School in Saginaw. I was in the Christmas pageant and as an angel, I got to sing "Away In A Manger". (Please note, there were no requests for me to ever sing aga
