Tracy's Story
Life
Married Lynne Sawyer August 9, 1969. Summer of 1975, Lynne was told she had rare type of Muscular Dystrophy .. and only had one year to live. Bryan was born January 20, 1973, giving us two sons. Turmoil was at the highest, Lynne felt it best to let me raise the boys myself or with another woman. She was most unselfish. Couple of years, I met Jessie Dawn, married August 7, 1980 & I adopted her son Joseph. Virginia was born Oct. 5, 1981. We moved to Utah in 1989. Sarah was born Feb 5 1990, Samuel born Oct 4 1991, Misty Oct 26, 1993, Matthew Oct 18, 1995, Simeon May 15, 1997, & Rachel Jan 1999. I have been involved in soccer(trainer and coach) along with other sports, the Boy Scouts of America, youth counseling, financial and mortgage banking. Lynne Sawyer Taylor's illness began to be idle. She married Steve Holley. Though in a wheelchair and frail, she set a goal to go to college . of which she received a 4-year bachelor's degree. The illness ended her life in 1997. Lynne was always supportive of me without any bad feelings. The illness hurt us both. I now am a High Priest in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I was Priest for a congregation of Laotians & Cambodians for almost four years. Jessie Dawn and I have had multiple opportunities to serve with chil...Expand for more
dren in Sunday School. We recently served at a Mill in Kaysville where food was prepared for worldwide needs. Millions of meals were prepared from just One Day of Service by Volunteers in the Kaysville Humanitarian Mill. Currently, we are on vacation in Fruit Heights, Utah. My daughter, son in law, and 3 grand daughters are in the house we own in Kaysville, Utah. I have eleven grandchildren (more on the way soon) & two great grandsons. My Father in Heaven and His Son Jesus Christ have been most kind to me! The Holy Ghost continues to inspire me with many Spiritual Promptings with direction on how best to live my life. I hope all who read my notes are Blessed with safety and health, and most of all Knowing God loves you very much! I very much miss my classmates from T.G. Terry elementary, Browne jr. high, and D. W. Carter high school. Many of us attended all twelve years of school together. I very much love each of you and look forward to knowing you with our Lord Jesus Christ - for all eternity. God bless you!
