Life Currently I am living in the Sacramento area and working for the State of California. I moved up here to be with an old boyfriend, and stayed when the relationship ended. I may find my way back to SoCal in the future, but I'm happy here for the moment. There is so much fun so close by. Tahoe and Reno are each under two hours to the east, and San Francisco and the Napa wine country are around two hours to the west. Also, I live walking distance from Lake Natoma and very close to Folsom Lake (yes, that's near the prison...it's a really expensive neighborhood, believe it or not). There are also tons of rivers nearby, and I've discovered the joy of whitewater rafting. I love the water here, but I do really miss the beach...and my family. So I make the six hour drive to Bellflower quite often. The rivers here are also great for my newest challenge. In June 2006 I started training to run the Cowtown Half Marathon here in Sac.
