Trina's Story

Life Well, when I left school, I left Quesnel... went straight to Australia to visit Kim Price:) It was a blast, but new I missed Canada, and my family so I came home. Moved to Bonnyville with my sister Christine, to work and met my husband, Les (Welder). I Became a Power Engineer and worked a few years there. I won a Venus Swimwear pagent and worked for Venus in Edmonton for a few years, kind of changing professions... Then Les got a job in the Peace Region, so we moved to Dawson Creek. We both built the LP Pulp Mill in Chetwynd and I commissioned & ran the steam side of the Pulp Mill. It was zero effluent, so we had a pilot Freeze Crystallization plant to work on and debug... never did work right, so we changed the whole thing over to Evaporation... It was 4 years of alot of work! Les got a job up in Fort St John, and we moved there, it was too far for me to drive, so I quit the Pulp Mill... thank goodness! But I got hired on at Fibreco Pulp Mill, oh what fun, leaving the top of one corp. to start at the bottom of another... couldn't do it. Left there in a hurry, went to work for CNR out in the oilfield, it was nice and peaceful, but not me again... then was hired on by Westcoast Energy, which was more my style. I ran the Co-Gen plant, a few turbines to produce Power, nice, new & clean, very nice job for me. But, I got pregnant with Tennille, who is almost 11yrs now, and quit working as a Power Engineer so I wouldn't have to work nights anymore... My girlfriend owns Royal Lepage and convinced me to get my Realtors liscence... I worked as a Realtor for a few years, and realized I just want to be a mom! Then I had Takisha, who is 9 now. With raising kids & not working out, I found I was getting sick alot, so I searched for something that would keep my family healthy... and my girlfriend Carianne, who is diabetic & Celiac (kinda like my DR. friend) told me about Juice Plus+, fruits & vegetables in Capsules and Gummies... well I jumped on that right away and began to feel so much better :) So I started referring Juice Plus+ to people and built a Virtual Franchise through Juice Plus+. And this is where I stayed, with the National Safety Associates, I am a Marketing Director for them, and market Juice Plus+ around the world. It is fun, interesting and just my cup of tea! I get to travel alot, and now that the girls are older they come with me too, so it is a f...Expand for more
amily business now! This is my 8th year and I will never quit this. Also, since I felt so good, I joined adult gymnastics and started hitting the gym. I heard of this body building figure and fitness show, The Northern Classic, here in FSJ so I entered it. I had to put together a 2 min dance/gymnastics, strength moves& flexibility routine. It was a tonne of fun and alot of stress, excitement and commitment...I got 3rd place... So I did another one 2 years later and got 2nd place... getting better, I am waiting till I am 40 now to get my 1st place...Fun, Fun! My girls are both in the Company Dance and do 3 competitions and a local performance each year. They do jazz, ballet, tap & hip hop and love it! They are also in Musical Theater. Tennille plays the Fiddle, and Takisha plays the piano, oh and did I mention I play the guitar, LOVE IT!!! We have a dog named Bailey, she is a Shitzu/Bijon, very cute! We live in a beautiful home on 7 acres near the airport, which has a huge shop for Les' Welding business. There is my whole story, and I will add to this as time goes on... I am back :) (Oct 2009) I entered the Northern Classic Body building and Fitness show again, in the Spring of 2008, just before I turn 40yrs old... I wanted to do the show again to see if I could get my 1st place. Well, this time I joined 2 categories, Masters Figure & Fitness. It was very hard work & determination to get back on the stage and perform!!! I placed 1st in Masters Figure and 1st in Fitness overall, it was such an awesome feeling!!! I did carry on and went to Provincials & Nationals which I received a trophy for 3rd place & a few gold medallions, so it was an experience like no other, I am so glad I did it and accomplished my goals I set for myself :) Maybe 1 day I will do it all again!!! Heading to 41yrs here in 2 months... yikes, age is creeping up on me :) My daughters are still full time in their competitive dance, Takisha is still playing the piano, but Tennille has switched to guitar! She likes to sing like her mother and finds it easier to do while playing the guitar rather than the fiddle :) We are all still working the Juice Plus+ family Virtual Franchise business together and just celebrated our 9th year in the business, it is awesome and I think everyone should eat Juice Plus+ everyday to keep their body Healthy!!!! I will write again, as more good things happen :)
