Well, the biggest news is that I now take care of my mother. She evacuated to Dallas before Katrina hit in 2005. I flew her out to California to be with me, and a week later, she had a stroke. Her right said was affected, but, thank God, she is still able t...Expand for more
o walk (though she does spend most of her time in a wheelchair), talk, eat, feed herself, think, do crossword puzzles and jigsaw puzzles, and generally have herself a grand ole time! God has been very good to us and we have been very blessed despite the difficulties.
