Valerie's Story
Elementary school was a great time in my life. I remember so much of my time there with great fondness. Jr high and high school was a time of being wild, free and taking risks. I wish now that I had focused on the schooling rather than the fun. I certainly had a strong will that got me into some difficulty now and then, but those times are part of what makes me, me, and I am happy with who I am. so It's all OK.

ill with the same guy. Mike and I have 2 kids and one granddaughter. I did the traditional stay at home mom thing for the first 15 years, and then went to work in my husband's family business until we both had a "life's too short" epiphany when both my mom and his dad became incapacitated at the same time. We decided to focus on what is most important to us rather than what makes the most money. Now I teach kids in high school who have significant disabilities. It feeds my soul and makes me happy every day. Plus it's the most fun I have ever had!
