Valorie Baylis Rivero:  

Almost immediately after I graduated from MHS, my parents moved to Cleveland, OH and I haven't been back since. I went to the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor where I was in Alpha Delta Pi sorority, and a double-major in Psychology and Sociology. I stayed in Ann Arbor until 1993 when I moved to Atlanta. I'm currently a Managing Producer for WebMD.com, the healthcare information website. I lead a team of producers helping clients like Genentech, Pfizer and Novartis educate consumers about drugs and devices for a variety of conditions. My husband, Omar Rivero, and I were married on the beach at Waimanalo, Hawaii by a half-naked ex-hipped named Captain Howie. My husband is originally from Cuba, grew up in Miami, and is a technology manager at Coca-Cola. He's also a professional musician and one helluva guitar player.
