Vela's Story
Left Florida in 1979 and haven't been back. I love where I live in southern California where you don't have to keep food in tupperware to keep the roaches out and can leave the doors open without mosquitos flying in. I can also walk barefooted without stepping on sand spurs!
I've been married to the love of my life, Gregg James, for 22 years. Our favorite vacation spot is Bonaire in the Caribbean where we snorkel and see something new and exciting on each visit. We love going to the beach & trying to maintain our small but rapid growing yard and garden, along with our dog, salt water fish tank, turtle & goldfish pond and lots of visits from our family (I come from a large one), friends, neighbors and our church family of 21 years or so!
