Vema's Story
I graduated from Selma High School in AL in 1990 after having attended Franklin High in WV for grades 9-11. I went on to college at various locations. I graduated with a BSW degree from Loyola U. Chicago in 1996...worked in the Social Work field then went back to school until my final graduation in 1999 with an MSW degree from U. of Chicago. I'd been working ever since in Early Childhood Development and in middle school (grades 6-8) as a Social Work Counselor until my recent move from Chicagoland in July 2009.

y husband and I met in 1992 in AL while in college. We dated and had our first child in 1993. We remained in a courtship until we married in June 2000. Thereafter, we became fruitful and multiplied three more times ( 2001, 2003, 2007). We have 3 beautiful daughters and the most handsome little boy.
God has blessed my marriage and family. All praises be unto him.
