Military
I joined the Army in 1979, did basic at Ft. Bliss, Tx. Then sent overseas to Germany. 1st Assgmt. 2/56 in Salzwoog as a 16B under the command of: Cpt. Batron (Batman), 1SG Swartz, Plt Ldr. Lt. should work together to support a common goal. I couldn't have asked for a better group of leaders to teach me on my first assignment.
Because of them I remained in the Army for 22 years. I became a leader because of them and patterned my style based on their handling of situations.
Those names listed above along with peers and other fellow soldiers set the stage for me and I was very lucky to have been assigned to the best military unit in the United States Army at that time.
They must have done something right.
