Vernie's Story
Life
This is me...
I'm alive and now reside in Utah's Uintah Basin. In the recent past I've been a counselor, teacher, tutor, poor student and as allways, me. I've got from 2 to 8 kids depending on how (you) want to count them. They're my kids, step kids, adopted, first marriage, second one too, three at home and the rest married and stuff. I've got 5 natural born children.
Both my brothers and my baby sister live out here, even my parents are out here in the basin. It surprises me sometimes to see the just who from Granger shows up out here.

I claim Ft. Duchesne as my home as "Vernie from Vernal" just sounds too weird! At the moment I'm driving a truck in the oilfield and trying to get a small oilfield service business off the ground. The "stay at home mom" thing was too much for me, and I'm better off being a working single dad.
I'm in the phone book if anyone is interested in yacking at me and am not averse to having lunch with old friends. I do on occasion show my face in Salt Lake if anyone is interested in a dinner with several others at any given time.
