Vernon's Story
To all that might remember me. Left Shawnee and moved to Lawton where I attended Cameron College to avoid the draft. Later joined the Air Force and had a great career serving our country, spent almost 10 years in Germany, 5 years in Japan and have lived in several states.
Moved to Okc and have been here for about 25 years. Have a great career and looking to retire in about 5 years.

the lake fishing or just scooting around the lake. Did do a little Calf and team roping for about 5 years in the early 80's with the European Rodeo Curcuit. Spend time at the gun range shooting targets.
Enjoy western history and exploring as many old military forts as I can find. Do a little metal detecting around old farm houses, barns, forts, and ghost towns.
Pick a little on my guitar while sitting around the fireplace at home, cann't carry a note in singing but enjoy picking.
