My Spouse
I met John on the 3rd floor of the library at Cal State Fullerton in the Fall of my Junior year (Oct. 1977). He kept sitting at my table, making conversation about what I was working on, and finally asked me out for lunch. I never dreamed at the time that I would end up falling in love with him and marrying him!
My Pets
Lacey, our cat, is the "baby" of the family. She likes people and doesn't ever have a snobby cat attitude. When she was a kitten, she loved to play with shoelaces, hence her nam...Expand for more

My Kids
I have 3 wonderful children, a son, 22 years old, and 2 daughters, 19 and 17.
My Job
I teach Kindergarten in L.A. County. This is my 27th year teaching. Wow! For the last several years, I have had some students who are the children of former students. It was kind of a surprise the first couple of times that happened and it took a little getting used to. Now it is usually fun getting to know my former students in their roles as parents and noticing similarities between them and their children.
