Vicki's Story
Life
My first marriage, which occurred while i was in high school lasted 9 years. We only had the one daghter. My husband was in the military so we lived in Kentucky for a few years. We divorced after 9 years, just grew up to be different people I guess. My daghter is 34 and I have 2 beautiful grandsons, two step granddaughters. My best friend since grammar school, Brenda Todd Giles, passed away this past Christmas so now I have two goddaughters and three god grandchildren. three years. We both work at UAB, he in academics and me in medicine. I retire in 2 years and hope to move to either the beach or the lake. I love water sports. My husband is a musician and I often sing with him. We live in South Roebuck. My grandson who lives with us is 13 and heavily involved in community theater. I was even in a play with him and am auditioning again Saturday for a Christmas play. I have to say, I have given up the nerdiness and have become more artsy. Frances, if you read this, email me.
