Vicki's Story
If anybody knows who I am, please email me and let me know. Here's what I know:
1. I have a yellow Corvette.
2. I was a teacher far longer than I ever imagined.
3. I recently woke up being 60 years old. How did that happen?
4. I have absolutely no interest in becoming a blue hair.
5. I am essentially a widow although my husband is still living. He suffers from demetia.
6. The real me is hidden under a mountain of flesh. I am working on paring it away a little at a time. It is rather like sculpting, but infinitely slower.
7. Lust got a bad rap.
8. I know the difference between wishful thinking, reality and fantasy, but I don't care.
9. I know that often doing the right thing feels wrong.
10. I believe I have people who care about me, some I don't even know.
11. I believe in angels, aliens and spirits and demons, and that sometimes the angel is the demon and the demon is the angel.

2. I like green olives.
13. I really miss Jim Croce.
14. My dogs seem to rule my life.
15. My two best friends are dead.
16. One summer I danced in a belly dancing troupe and loved it. I was not bad.
17. I know that happily ever after is only temporary.
18. Old crushes die hard.
19. My house looks much better now that Les is painting it!
20. I have a piano in a large cardboard box and I am waiting to unwrap it until I can find a place for it.
21. I love plants, especially flowering ones.
22. I thought I had no family, but it turns out I have family without relatives, a rather nice arrangement. My friends become my brothers and sisters.
23. The part of art I enjoy the most is the process, not so much the finished product.
24. I like to fix my own stuff, dig my own holes and make my own decisions...a new revelation.
25. I know you should honestly like someone before you love them.
