Update - July 2014. Well, I am pretty well settled now in the city of Irvine, CA. I've taken a trip to Texas again because my daughter there had a broken ankle, and I stayed about 6 weeks during the time she had to wear a cast. I'm now going to Saddleback Church. Rick Warren is the Minister, and I like him as he is down to earth, tells it like it is, and makes the Bible relative to everyday life. I'm also taking a Screenwriting Class at Irvine Valley College. I want to make my book into a movie, and need to learn screenwriting in order to do that. It is very interesting so far. I'm also going to Silver Sneakers twice a week, got to get some exercise in there somewhere. After the senior exercise class, I go swimming and really enjoy that. The weather here is great, I will never go back to Michigan winters! Update - September 1, 2013. A lot is happening this year. I visited my daughter and her famiily in Texas, and my son and his family in Michigan. Now I am getting ready to move to a different city in California closer to my other son. I've lived in this house for 20 years, so it will be quite a change. It is fun, though, almost like starting over. It doesn't have a very big yard, but has a nice patio, so I am taking about 6 large pots of plants with me, and plan to get a fountain for the patio, and some small trees so ...Expand for more
