Virgil's Story
Life
I have had a good and fulfilling life, It has been an exciting experience. I have visited Germany,France, all of the US, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Truk, Saipan, Japan, Nationalist China, The Philipines, as well as other countries and islands. I have gotten a (ASCP)MT, BS, MST, MDiv. as well as post graduate work. I have visited many of the historical sites in American. I have flown the Navion and the Chitabra. I have made scuba dives in the ocean up to 135 feet deep. I have taught on the University and High School level. I taught Chemistry and Physics. I was a minister and was in Whos Who in Religion in American for 1974. I was a Police Chaplain. I was married for 21 years until my divorce in 1981. I have three children. Two girls and one boy. They are all doing well. Two of them have degrees. My son just finished his first science fiction book.It was published by Amazon.Com
Workplace
I have work in the Airforce as a A&E Mechanic, as Chief of Tech Supply, as Chief of the Engineering Office. I left the service to attend college. I was a Medical Technologist at St. Anthonys Hospital, Childrens Hospital (Louisville Kentucky), St Thomas Hospital( Nashville, Tenn). I taught at Darli...Expand for more

I was a minister at Bishopville SC, Rembert SC, Port Royal SC, Summerville SC, Oats SC, and Ruby SC. I wrote two articles. Mandate to Methodism and The Corrupters: They Must Be Stopped which were published.
Military
I started out aat Lackland Air Force Base for Basic Training. After basic, I went to Amarillo Air force base to enter the newly opened shchool for A&E mechanics. We worked on the B-47 bomber. Then I went to Spangdahlem Germany to work on the B-26 light bomber which ws later replaced with the B-57 medium bomber. After B-57 school I was placed in Tech Supply and later became head of the department. My father became ill and I received an emergency transfer to McGee Tyson Air Force base. There I worked on F-86Ds. I was transferred into the Administration Office where I worked until I left. I went to Griffis Air Force Base where I became Head of The Engineering Office. I wanted an overseas assignment and requested one. I was sent to Ladd Air Force Base where I worked on F-89s. I mustered out at the Naval bBase in Seattle Washington.
