Chris got his High- School Diploma instead of a GED by going thru a community college---WAY TO GO,CHRIS---We are all so Proud of you---but not half as proud as you are of yourself.

Our first deer of the season!
We have 4 more to go with 1 more buck tag that has to be filled by Nov. 21, then it goes to a doe tag. Saw a really nice BIG buck 2ce that day on the same land ( guessing it to be at least a 5 by 5 ) Will be back out tryin
Nice full bodied deer. I shot 2ce and Gary shot 2ce and he was hit right behind the ear so no waste of meat and no suffering. Will get some good meat off of him.
a 3 by 4 -- but too dusky to realize that-- would have been good lookin' in the daylight!!!!! His horns were more high on his head rather than a wide rack.
15 min. before closing time , I'd JUST got in the pick-up (running with headlights on) and saw him walking towards us, head down on a doe scent, and don't think he saw us or at least didn't bother him if he did. Only about
OK!! All's well--If Mom would just quit flashing that bright light!!! ZZZZZZZZZZ !!!
Had to get more comfy and make sure Dad wasn't getting up from his nap yet!!
And with Dakota all comfy on the couch my kids all patiently await Christmas ( or whoever hears what noise first that one of them decides to bark at )LOL
And then there's Dee Dee laying where and the same way that Rusty usually lays!!
How this pillow ended up on the floor from the couch, I don't know but Rusty certainly took advantage of it!!
With the 2 trees lit up , I just love this Christmas setting---If you look close there is really 3 manger scenes there!!
