Virginia's Story
UPDATE 3/9/08....Still working at B & N. I do like the job being surrounded by lots of great books and meeting lots of interesting people but the pay is not great. I also took another job getting back into the field I started way back years ago. (medical care). I guess wherever God leads me is where I will follow. He has been good to me all these years. So where ever a door closed another opened for me. My daughter Ana is finishing her 1st year at Middlesex CC in Jersey. She is going for her Assoc in Civil Engineering. My son Eric, is once more in Afghanistan on duty tour with the B-1's for 6 months. God Bless him. He has finally met his soul mate and will be getting married sometime this year upon his return. a marriage on the beaches of Jamaica...Wow. Sounds really great to me. This past year has gone so quickly. I am praying for a good year for my family. Don't really like Jersey and the horribly cold weather but I know somewhere there will be a change for me in the future. My trip to Ecuador Xmas 07 was great. I miss terribly my life there. There is no place like home and truly Ecuador was and is my home. But won't get back there until next year again. My mom and my sister are still in CA. Mom is 90 years old now...She has been stricken with Cancer but she is a fighter and I pray for her strength ever day. Hope to make a trip to CA in July to see her. Nice to see some of you checking out my profile. Hope I hear from some of you soon.
