Walter Rean's Story
Life
Hi..I go by Rean, you know me best as Walter Rean Henderson...I am still married to the same guy, Pat Lackey, that I married when I was a Junior at Tulare Union High...December 25,1960. We have 4 children and 10 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren ..the hardest thing we have had to face was when our oldest child, the one I was expecting when I graduated in 1962, our son Bobby died suddenly on May 2, 2001. Nothing has been the same since then.
Since high school, I have lived in Visalia, Tulare, Porterville, Goshen, Los Angeles, Ivanhoe, Strathmore, Corcoran, Ducor...all in California.

From 1975 to 2005, I lived in a small town in Central California,Ducor, and I worked at a facility for the developmentally disabeled,Porterville Developmental Center, as a shift supervisor until October 2005. When I retired, we sold our house and moved to Oklahoma. I have met up with some friends here, and I hope to make contact with more.

My current age is 65. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be soooo old. I was so completely wrong.
I share my home with my husband and grandson, which I find peaceful.
