Joe is from Whittier, California. His schools include Sierra High School. He is owner of Smokey Joes chimney based in whittier, started in 1992, the business now serves all L A and Orange County areas. I am state certified and inspect and clean fire places and dryer vents for home and commercial units.We also do all the gas logs,fire and ice and other "eye candy" for the home.
