walter's Story
After WHS I returned to Italy full of enthusiasm and with 10 pounds to loose. Went to Padua University and graduated as an Engineer in 1973. After military service (in Palermo can you believe it?) I started working for GE Plastics as a salesman and later as one of theyr distributor. Business went well and I added other principals.Today I have 18 people working for me and still live in Padua,but downtown in a restructured medieval closter.
Motorcycles have Always be my passion but it costed me a severe accident back in 1972. Today I love playing golf and since 15 years my handicap is below 6,but still ride a TRIUMPH TIGER,as motorcycles together with dancing remain my first optio...Expand for more

I married Giovanna in 1975 and still live with her despite of some "up and down or in and out".Two lovely daughters Silvia and Cecilia both work with me since a few years. Two grandchildren Sebastiano and Olimpia to whom I should dedicate more time. I was back in the States several time including a trip in july 1969 when with the Ketcham girls we tried to reach Woodstock for the concert but had to go back after 6-7 hours of cueing in New Hampshire.
I still keep in touch with Ed Jamieson and recently with Stephanie Stapp in the new Facebook WHS comunity.
When I look back at the year book and think of my year in Westfield my eyes get full of tears: unrepeatable time!!!
