Wanda's Story
Hey Everybody! Wow How the last 30 years have flown by!!! I began working for Southern Airways in 1979, just a year after graduation. I actually was looking for a part-time job while I went to school,(for what I didn't know). When I got hired by Southern I said, "forget school". I met this cute guy 3 days after I started working. Three months later we were married. We celebrated 28 yrs last Dec. (and they said it wouldnt last). Actually marriage has been the hardest thing of my life! There were some times when we tried to kill each other (really). Times when one of us was ready to throw in the towel. Amazingly, the other one was persistently set on staying in the game. The truth is Jesus has been the glue that has kept us stuck together. That's really cool considerin...Expand for more
g i didnt even know Him until I was 28 (1988). That's when I desperately cried out for Him.....I'm so grateful!!!! Anyway. Here we are. Three grown kids Tate 26,and his wife Rachel, Brittany 23, and Kendal 21 and her husband Kevin. We are so Blessed! And ......2 little darlings Luke3 and Lola 9 mo.I can't imagine a richer life! Being a "yaya" has painted my world in more vivid colors than I've ever seen before! Thank God! I am passionate to tell about the change Jesus made in my life. I'm never going back to just ok. He has kicked me up a notch. I know my real purpose is the share my story, and how a being a Christian is not about "rules" but about the most incredible thing....a real live relationship! All for Jesus! I want to make Him Famous!
