My Job
I'm a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and work for a company called EMC. EMC is the number one provider for enterprise storage in the world. I provide support for EMC products in a Micrsoft Windows environment. It is sometimes very stressful. Particularly if you have production systems down and each minute of downtime costs the customer hundreds of thousands of dollars per minute..
