wendi's Story
Hi all!
Well it has been a life time since visiting with you all. I remember in school I would come on crutchs because my horse would fall with me or some kind of accident, also remeber the science teacher just shake his head. I have been married twice first ended in divorce and the second my husband of over 20 years passed from lung cancer in May of 2004, He was the love of my life. So that put me back into being single ! eek! I am so thankful for my awesome son, he is the best thing in my life! I still have horses, or at least one horse and a mule now Toby the mule is about 29 and is kinda retired, his arthritis is pretty bad and can't ride him to hard anymore. My other horse Kachina A beautiful 6 year old quarter horse is in training right now and is doing very well I just can't wait till she is ready for the trails! ...Expand for more
I volunteer for the forest service up in Idyllwild, we ride the trails and just show a presence out in the wilderness, also some of us ride in parades on occassion, The parades are a lot of work so I prefer the trails. I am still driving a truck but for Stater Bros Market. I remeber getting that award for the most unusual job at the first reunion I was so nervous when I had to go up in front of everyone! It is a wonder I didn't faint! Public speaking is not my thing and I want to apologize to all for that. My throat just closed up! Anyway I currently live in Redlands and love it here I am not in town but out in the canyon. Once a country girl always a country girl!
