Wendy's Story
In the past two years I have completed over 100 races of various lengths from 5K's to Marathons, an ultra marathon (31 miles), various bike races, triathlons/duathlons, snowshoe races, I throw the javelin competitively, and I just completed my first Ironman Distance Triathlon (140.6 miles). I won the PA State Snowshoe Women¿s Championship Title in Feb. I also snow shoe run, kayak, orienteer, and mountain bike.
I bike race for the WCCC/Iron Hill Cycling Club..I run track for the Philadelphia Masters Club, I am a member of the Philadelphia Triathlon Club, and the DVOA (DE Valley Oriente...Expand for more

I currently work as an Executive Assistant and hope to retire early! But since that is MOST likely NOT going to happen.. I hope to be able to enjoy my hobbies and remain healthy and strong.
I am in the process of having my first book published..kinda cool huh.. well it's nothing too special just some tid bit stories on life throught the eyes of a middle aged athelete... it's expected release will be the end of year 2009.
