Wendy's Story
I got married for the 2nd time, to Chris Thiel, a couple years ago. We ran away and got married in the Caribbean. After being married for 7 years to Mike, it just didn't work out. Mike and I ended as friends in 2001 and have 2 beautiful children from it; Alexandra now 12 and AJ now 10. I met Chris a few years ago and haven't had much time without him since! We both knew right from the start that we wanted the same things out of life. There was an instant connection and we continue the great relationship! He also has 2 kids, Mikey now 11 and Katie 9. I had lived in California for 2 1/2 years when I was still with Mike, but moved back to NT where I eventually bought a house.
I worked at UB at the Center for Children and Families for 4 years. Anyone looking for help with their ADHD kids may have seen me there! I am now able to stay at home with the kids and not have to put them in daycare. I currently work part time for the NT Board of Education as a substitute teacher aid or in the offices.
Life as I now know it is full and wonderful! The kids keep us busy, but continually proud!
