Wendy's Story
Life
After graduation I went to college for a career in medicine. I became a mother- have a beautiful 6 year old son. I became an Emergency Room nurse and have done it for 5 years. I became a paramedic next and work for a Regional Trauma Center. I have done work for critical care transport, pediatrics and neonates. I have done an instructional video, been in a calendar, commercial, and will be on a billboard soon. I love my job and attempting to save lives. It's a very hard job to have- Y...Expand for more
ou can't save everyone. I lost my mother in 11/04. I learned that old lesson the hard way "Don't take anything for granted because it can and will be gone in a minute." I live my life to be happy and compassionate and to make the people I care for happy. My next goal is to fly with an air medical rescue helicopter. (Maybe some time this new year.)
