Wendy's Story
Life
Currently I live in Benkelman NE and work for the United States Postal Service as Postmaster of Benkelman. In August of 99 I married a wonderful man and in May of 2005 came the birth of our daughter. Mainly I have just been trying to enjoy life and better myself while I am at it.
School

g my second year at UNK I decided to tranfer to McCook Community college and live with my then boyfriend, who is now my husband. I graduated with my Associates of Science that year and decided not to go on. Now I have a wonderful job and do not use much of the feild that I studied in.
Workplace
I currently work at Benkelman and McCook Post offices as a PTF window clerk. I travel 50 miles to my Benkelman office, but I love my career and after 6 years I am now applying for Postmaster positions.
