I was born on January 13, 1953 in Elizabeth, NJ, the same hospital where my father, grandmother and older 2 sisters were born. I was raised in Westfield until I was 7 and then we moved to Cherry Hill, NJ. We lived in "New" Barclay Farms at 132 Pearl Croft Rd from 1960-1968 and I attended the Barclay School in "Old" Barclay Farms until Russell Knight Elementary was finished. I was among the first class of students to attend RKES. I continued on to Heritage Junior High then on to Cherry Hill High School East for my 9th grade freshman year in 1967. Like John Lennon said, "life is what happens when you're busy making other plans." Parents divorced and I was relocated to Kailua Hawaii to live with my big sister for a year during 1968-1969. I attended my 10th grade sophomore year at Kailua High School. My favorite teacher was Mr. Iida. When I returned to the mainland, I joined my father and grandmother in our move to Haverford, PA on the Main Line just outside of Philadelphia. I attended Harriton Senior High School 1969-1970 for my 11th grade junior year.
