Life is good!
I went to JC in San Diego and worked full-time; then transferred as a Junior to S.F.S.U., majoring in English Literature and working as a Resident Assistant in the on-campus apartments. My daughter Belinda Kalani decided to show up right before my senior year - so I had her & then returned to San Diego & she finished with me at S.D.S.U., attending the on-campus daycare. Thank GOD I was young! Don't know how I coulda done it later. I received my BA in English with American Literature emphasis & moved back to NorCal and worked as a Trial Paralegal & Supervisor for several years. ner & Fitness Nutritionist through National Academy of Sports Medicine & received many certifications. I’ve been a Fitness Director for multiple large gyms and also counseled in Wellness but after being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Myalgic Encephalopathy, and Peripheral Neuropathy in March '08 (suffering since 1998 noticeably) I've taken many spins and turns, and am taking it one day at a time! Kalani is back home in Hawai’i now and Dan and I are blessed with a son, Daniel Keahi! I’ve connected to my Hawaiian roots, my Hawaiian culture and traditions, and ʻohana - healing what was lost. I've lived, laughed, cried, loved & I don't regret a thing. Keep laughing! It keeps you young.
