A friend of mine Steve Zettler asked me to post 10 albums of my personal favorites. Here is Day 1
Day 2 of best albums. They should have stayed together a lot longer. But without them, we would have never had CSN&Y.
Day 3 of best albums. These guys were pretty good!
Day 4 of best albums. My uncle bought this after returning from Vietnam. I didn’t think it was The Beatles, because their faces were stretched out and they didn’t look right....at least to a young kid.
Day 5 of favorite albums. I still listen to Jim Croce, still sounds relevant today. Another ode to my Brother Randle on this one.
Day 6 of best albums. I usually didn’t buy compilations, but this one was great.
Day 6 of album favorites. Trivia-this album stayed on the top 200 albums sold annually for over 20 years since its initial release. Wow.
Day 7 of best albums. Don’t know much about their history, but it seemed that made it big quickly. My sister and I played the heck out of 8 track tape in HS.
Day 8 of best albums. Great thing about this record was everyone liked it, both young and old. Staple all through the 60’s. You may remember all songs being featured on “The Dating Game”.
Day 9 of best albums. From ‘69-‘76, there was nobody bigger than these guys. Concert tickets were tough to get and hopefully many of you still have memories of attending.
