Wilford's Story
"Here is the short version from graduation to present. After graduation, I worked almost a year for the Southern Ute Tribe waiting for my entry date into the United States Marine Corps. I enlisted on Dec. 11, 1995, and after a year of training/schooling I was stationed at MCAGCC 29 Palms, California. My time at 29 Stumps as an M1A1 tank mechanic was both challenging and fun with a lot of Marine Corps Tradition. I had no plans to re-enlist and decided to enroll in Westwood College of Aviation Technology's Airframe & Powerplant courses in Broomfield, CO. The course took me a little under two years to complete and a few weeks later passed the last requirement (Federal Aviation Administration) to receive my Airframe and Powerplant Certification. I interviewed for the A&P Mechanic position for Pan Am Flight Academy in Phoenix, AZ, where I would start my Aviaton carrier. on their flight school planes and really enjoyed the new field career. Throughout the years, I had a few opportunities to broaden my experience in aviation from fixed wing line mechanic, Helicopter Technician, Quality Control Inspector to component repair/overhaul mechanic. I currently work for Honeywell Aerospace as a Repair & Overhaul Analysis / Workflow specialist in Tempe, AZ. I have lived in AZ since 2002 and enjoy the different number of golf courses and the winter months. I travel back home at least twice a year for family gatherings, to visit friends or just to get away from the summer heat. I try to plan one Bronco game a year in the Mile High City with the bros and one away game if I can afford it. Well, that's pretty much it... wait, I almost forgot. No wife and no kids.

I still think "Give Me A bottle" by Clay D would have been a better class song!
