William's Story
I didn't make graduation....I left during my Junior year.I chose to serve my country, joining the US NAVY.
I served from 10/57 -02/65 being mostly onboard navy destroyers. I came
back to Gary after a short stay in Newport, Rhode Island, and worked as
a Millwright for the trades until 1971, when I went to work for the EJ&E Railroad,
Gary Mill Division.
I left Indiana in 1996 for Brooklyn, NY to meet my present wife. We share 2
wonderful homes, one here in Brooklyn, and one ...Expand for more
on a mountain lake in Pennsylvania.
I worked as a PC consultant for a major banking firm in midtown Manhattan for 13
years, and am now retired. I enjoy all the grandkids, whom are all over the country
and we visit now and then.
I fish a lot, dont hunt any more and enjoy my hobby woodworking.
Some day I will get off my ass and join up, so I can see who is checking up on me.........
