William Gene's Story
My story, begins about 1962 after My Mother and I ,William Gene Stamper left Phoenix, Arizona and went to Los Angeles, California for year term in the 8th grade at an mostly african/american school which was an bad experience
after which I left and went back to Missouri living with my cousins Dale, Sharon, Milo Smith at Gower,Mo attending
the Gower High School beginning with the Freshmen year. That year I aquired a special high School friend with Kenneth Trent, up to my sophmore year. The freshman year was the year Of the assination of President John F. Kennedy one most of us at that time can never forget. I still have two of my year books with that school, and my attendence was there up to my junior year in 1966 when my beloved Grandmother passed away in Gower, at the time we moved from the country to the town. issouri with my mother and decided to live in Arizona , attending an High school at Animas, New Mexico the border town in Arizona from the Mountain range which borders new mexico/ arizona around the San Simon area and further south Douglas, Arizona, Bisbee, Wilcox, & Tombstone, Arizona . But the most I remember I remember of the Gower experience is that we sure had very good football Team Yes the Gower Bulldogs was the greatest, working at time at the high school, and the teachers there however I was a silly one always acting and I guess thats why today I'm sometimes doing what I call my hobby acting in the movies, t v, when ever I get a chance My most speaking line one is "Dance with the Devil" and now right at this moment as background in "Hot bath Stiff Drink" .
