Hi.
Spent a few years in the RCAF, then got a few degrees, then started consulting in transportation and economic development in developing countries, mostly in Asia and Africa. Currently helping 12 countries, newly-independent of the Soviet Union, between Europe and China, develop their transportation systems and policies. The project office is in Baku, Azerbaijan. PS: writing this addendum from Afghanistan. If anyone happens to come by here before the end of September 09, give me a call. Oops - scratch that - now I have been working in East Timor for a few months, returning to Cambodia next month to celebrate 80.

Now in E. Timor, until July 2011. Then back to Cambodia, then a visit to Canada. I don't play hockey any more.
