Life
A Big Hello to anyone who deems this fit to be read! After HS I went to the J C for a couple of years, then transferred to CSCF where I graduated with a B A degree in business. I was invited to join the U S Army in 1971 and spent 6 years in the reserves as an army cook. Married in 1972 to Suzanne Patton, and divorced in 1983. Our two kids, Willy and Jessica, are yet unmarried and Willy lives in Boston, working for Intel. Jessie is living in Phoenix, works as a waitress, and is keeping her options open.
I worked as a contractor until 1986 when I went into real estate. After a couple of years I met my wife, Leilani. She grew up in Anaheim and was also fairly new in real estate when I sold her first listing. We worked at R...Expand for more
e/max together for 12 years and we opened our own office last year, Realty World of North Orange County. Our office is on Yorba Linda Blvd in Placentia and we live only a mile away in Brea. We list and sell residential and income property, we arrange real estate mortgages and home equity lines of credit, and we manage our own rentals in Orange County. In the summer we go to Lake Nacimiento, near Paso Robles and take our jet skis. We go 3 or 4 times and usually stay from Sunday to Friday. The rest of the year we take a few short trips around California or over to Phoenix to see Jessica.
