William Hoard:  

I was Born and raised in San Francisco Bay Area. When was I 16 my family moved to Reston Virginia. I attended Valley View elementary School, John Muir Junior High School and Pioneer High School in San Jose. When was I 16 my family moved to Reston Virginia. In Virginia I attended Herndon High School for the next 2 years. The school system in Virginia was so far behind the California school systems that I became very bored with school re taking the same course I had already taken and passed in California that I dropped out and took my GED. When I was 18 my family moved to Edmond Oklahoma where I attended Central State University in Edmond. After 2 years of not finding what I was looking for in college. I decided I needed a real change in my life. I enlisted in the US Army at the age of 20. Very similar to what happened to Bill Murry in Stripes. I got married on December 26th 1976 in Edmond to Nancy Arkaketta of Edmond Oklahomain 1977. I spent the next few years traveling the world on TDy duty with the /us Army. While I was overseas my wife decided she did not want to be married any more and divorced me. After 3 years in the Army working all over the world as part of the CEEIA batallion as a Strategic Microwave Specialist and Radio Propagation Specialist I decied not to reinlist. When I got out of the Army my family had moved to Denver Colorado. As I had spent a lot of time in Colorado rock climbing and skiing and really loved the state and all that it had to offer. I moved to Denver in 1979. I attended Denver Institute of Technology in Denver for the next 18 month studying electornics and computers. During this time I was employed at Sefel Geophysical in Denver. Where I met Lisa Baldwin who I married in 1986. When I finished technical college I accepted a job with Storage Technology in Louiseville Colorado. I worked for them for for 8 yerars. During that time my wife Lisa decided she did not want to ever have children and divorced me. I was single for a couple of years and in 1987 I accepted a Job with Data Switch Coporation. Where I worked for 4 and a half years. There I met Sherry Jenkins who had a 1 year old son Travis and fell in love with both of them and got married again.
