William's Story
Spent my school years on the move: Midland Avenue (Rye, NY); Rye High(Rye, NY); Wagner (Glen Ellyn, IL); Glenbard West (more Glen Ellyn); Downey High (Modesto, CA); Indian Hill High (Cincinnati, OH) (darn my father and his perpetual company moves!); Miami Univ (Oxford, OH); Art Center College of Design (Los Angeles); and USC (more LA, GO TROJANS).
Spent most of my working years on the move: LA (photographer); San Francisco (and almost everywhere else in the world as a consultant); Dhahran, Saudi Arabia (oilfield "trash"), Modesto, CA (troubleshooter for wealthy family); more Saudi Arabia ...Expand for more
(once oilfield trash, always oilfield trash); and Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN (retiree).
Lived in the same house for longer than 5 years during the second time in Saudi.
Really wish I had not moved so much during growing-up years so I could have a hometown and long-time friends.
Became follower of Jesus (as opposed to Christian) in 1985. Been involved in part-time ministry for the last 20 years.
Still do photos, this time as a volunteer at the Minnesota Historical Society. Artifacts and events. Am backed up only 100,000 pieces (blasted budget cuts!).
Aside from that, nothing happened.
